I’m Jaiver, based in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia. I created Pitalito Coffee Origins to help professional buyers get closer to the producers, varieties and processes available here — without navigating origin alone.
My role is to understand what you need, identify the right coffees and build a sourcing relationship that makes sense for both buyer and producer.
